透平货油泵健康监测系统设计与实现

         

摘要

For the problem of high failure rate and maintenance cost, a health condition monitoring method of turbine cargo oil pump was proposed, which can reduce the failure rate and cut down the maintenance cost by monitoring the key component of turbine cargo oil pump.The reliability analysis was performed in order to identify expected faults, symptoms and potential param-eters to be measured, and then the appropriate measurement techniques were used to acquire the sensor data that can diagnose the health condition of cargo oil pump.The monitoring system can collect sensor data including the processing data from PLC, the vi-bration data from high speed data acquisition card and the oil data from oil-monitoring module.All the data were proceed by a u-nited monitoring software platform, which realized the health condition of cargo oil pump using a series of method such as data collection, signal processing, signal analysis, feature extraction, monitoring alarm, data storage and query of historical data.The test result satisfies the design requirement.%针对透平货油泵容易出故障、维护成本高等问题,设计并开发透平货油泵健康监测系统,实现对设备关键部件的状态监测及报警,以减少故障、降低维护成本.根据可靠性分析结果,清理出透平货油泵系统可能存在的薄弱环节,并实施相应的物理量监测.监测系统将控制系统PLC采集数据、振动数据采集卡采集数据及油液监测采集数据统一到一个监测软件平台中,实现对所有监测变量集中式的数据采集、信号处理、数据分析、特征提取、监测报警、数据存储及历史数据回放等功能.试验结果满足设计需求.
