钻铤坠物冲击下的平台甲板塑性失效分析

         

摘要

In order to study the plastic failure of the platform plates under the impact of dropped drill collar, this paper carries out the numerical simulation and computational analysis by the non-linear ifnite element software MSC/DYTRAN with the simplified structural model of a semi-submersible platform. It studies the dynamic damage of deck plates under the crash of the drill collar, and also the inlfuence of collision parameter and structure size on its plastic failure. The results show that the dropped drill collar can easily penetrate deck plates, higher collision force comes out with the stronger supported components below deck, and more kinetic energy of the dropped object is dissipated with the larger deformation energy of the plates, as well as that collision angle has inlfuences on the impact results. It concludes the formula for calculating the critical deformation energy of the plates being penetrated, which can be used for the guidance of safe lifting operation.%为探究钻铤坠物冲击下平台甲板的塑性失效问题,对半潜式海洋平台结构模型进行简化,借助非线性有限元计算软件MSC/DYTRAN对该力学问题进行数值仿真计算分析,研究甲板板架在钻铤撞击下的动态损伤行为,同时还研究碰撞参数、结构尺寸等对甲板塑性失效的影响。分析表明:钻铤坠物极容易穿透甲板,并且甲板下方支撑构件越强,碰撞作用力越大,板架变形能越大,坠物动能消耗越多,而且碰撞角度对碰撞结果也有一定影响。通过研究,总结了计算板架被穿透时的临界变形能公式,可用于指导吊装安全作业操作。
