The paper analyzes the feasibility of pneumatic forming of the superplastic Zn-22%A1 sheet being used for the package of ＂the weighing monitor of electronic scales＂,focusing on the mold structure,material selection and determination of the molding parts and techniques of the monitor formed with pneumatic dies,which will be of practical value for actual production and theoretical studies.%对超塑性材料Zn-22%A1板材作为＂电子秤称重显示器＂外壳进行气压成形的可行性进行了分析,着重解释了采用气压凹模成形法加工电子秤称重显示器外壳的生产模具结构、模具材料选择、设计模具零件所需尺寸的确定和工艺,对生产实际与理论探讨有其现实意义。
