晋城市自来水中灭草松和2,4-D的检测

摘要

用高效液相色谱法测定饮用水中灭草松和2,4-D的含量。该方法对水样进行固相萃取浓缩预处理,用液相色谱仪测定,其回收率在95%～105%之间,精密度〈0.5%。方法简单,灵敏度高,准确度好,并且得出最低检测限,适用于饮用水中这两种物质的测定,结果令人满意。%HPLC is used in the determination of the content of bentazone and 2,4-D in drinking water.This method carries out concentration pretreatment of the water samples with solid phase extraction and tests the content with liquid chromatography,with the recovery rate between 95% and 105% and the precision less than 0.5%.It is applicable in testing the content of the two substances in drinking water for its simplicity,sensitivity,accuracy,low testing limit and satisfying results.
