大型陆上风电项目无功补偿协调控制方案--以南华山风电场为例

     

摘要

在近几年的风电项目设计中,大型风力发电升压站35 kV母线段存在采用不同厂家无功补偿设备的现象,不同厂家控制系统独立引起无功的发出和吸收同时存在相互抵消的问题。针对上述问题,结合山西南华山风电工程经验,提出了较为全面的协调解决方案,经实测波形验证该方案有效地提高了电压合格率,为同类工程设计提供了良好的参考。%In recent years’ design of wind power projects, there is the phenomenon that could be clearly find from recently designed onshore wind farms that the single 35 kV busbar equipped in the large-scale wind-power booster station adopts the reactive compensation equipment produced by different manufactures, and a new problem emerged due to the different control systems, that is, the reactive power issued could be offset by the power absorbed. In the light of above-mentioned problem, and connecting with the experiences of Shanxi South Huashan Wind Power Project, this paper puts forward a new relatively comprehensive coordinated control solution, which can effectively improves the voltage qualification rate through actual waveform measurement and provide a good reference for similar engineering design.
