风电场低电压穿越与无功补偿协调控制对电网稳定性的影响

     

摘要

To improve the low voltage ride through capability of the wind turbine unit and the transient stability of the local system containing wind power during voltage drop,this paper proposes some control strategies for the crow-bar protection circuit and the magnetically controlled dynamic reactive power coordination control of the wind turbine unit.When the power grid voltage sag is shallow,the protection circuit is not put into operation,only the reactive compensation can help to realize the low voltage through for the wind turbine unit.When the grid voltage drop is deeper,both the crow-bar protection circuit and the reactive compensation device can be put into operation to improve low voltage ride through capability.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can significantly improve the transient stability during voltage sag.%为提高风电机组低电压穿越能力及电压跌落期间含风电地方电力系统的暂态稳定性.提出了电压跌落期间,风力发电机组撬棒保护电路与磁控型动态无功补协调控制的控制策略.电网电压跌落程度较浅时不投入保护电路,仅靠无功补偿实现风电机组低电压穿越.电网电压跌落程度较深时撬棒保护电路与无功补偿装置共同投入以提高风电机组低电压穿越能力.通过算例仿真,验证所提控制策略显著提高了电压跌落期间系统的暂态稳定性.
