ABSTRACT:Magnetic flaw detection system for KJ899 steel wire ropes has successfully solved the problem of the safety management and efficient use of steel wire ropes by using the latest magnetic flux balance principle through the comprehensive test on wire rope’s faults such as the wire fracture,abrasion, corrosion, deformation, and loose strand, etc. This paper introduces in detail the functions and effects of the magnetic flaw detection system for KJ899 steel wire.%KJ899钢丝绳磁性探伤系统，采用最新磁通平衡式原理，实现了对钢丝绳断丝、磨损、锈蚀、变形、松股等缺陷的综合检测，成功地解决了钢丝绳安全管理和高效使用的行业难题。详细介绍了KJ899钢丝绳磁性探伤系统的功能及作用。
