刮板机制造过程质量控制优化分析

摘要

对刮板输送机制造过程中关键工序控制点进行了分析，针对目前刮板机制造工序质量管理方面存在的问题和原因，结合5M1E影响因素对刮板运输机制造过程质量控制系统进行优化，对工艺方法、电气控制、设备管理及检测手段进行了完善。%ABSTRACT:This paper analyzes the key-processes’ control points in manufacturing process of scraper conveyor, and according to the problems currently existing in the quality management of scraper conveyor’s manufacturing process and their causes, carries out the optimization of quality control of scraper conveyor’s manufacturing process by using 5M1E influencing factors, and also optimizes and perfects the processing method, electrical control, equipment management and testing means.
