浅谈列车员应急处置应具备的基本素质和能力

摘要

安全出行是旅客对铁路运输最基本的要求。由于我国的铁路客运设备还没有全部实现现代化，在旅客运输中有可能会产生各种突发事故，危及旅客生命财产安全。针对目前列车员应急处置能力存在的问题，论述了提高列车员应急处置能力的重要性和面对紧急情况时列车员应具备的基本素质，提出了加强列车员应急处置能力的培训措施。%Travel safety is the most basic requirement of the passengers for railway transportation. Because our country’s railway passenger facilities have not all achieved modernization, all kinds of emergent accidents, which may occur in the carriage of passengers, endanger passengers’ life and property safety. In the light of some problems currently existing in train attendants’ ability to deal with emergencies, this paper discusses the importance of improving train attendants’ ability to deal with emergencies and the basic qualities that the train attendants should have facing the emergencies, and puts forward some training measures for strengthening train attendants’ ability to deal with emergencies.
