钢铁企业推行耐材整体承包模式的分析与实践

The overall contracted purchase mode of refractory materials is analysed including the basic meaning, merits and faults, operational principle, specific method. By the way of practicing overall contracted purchase mode, the problems of refractory materials on cost control, procurement and management are solved, the iron &steel industry is pushed forward on some aspect such as advance in refractory materials technic, increase on prod-uct quality, and promoting on management efficiency, and certain economic benefits can be obtained as well.%分析了耐材整体承包的基本含义、优缺点、实施原则、具体操作方法等。通过推行耐材整体承包，解决了钢铁企业在耐材成本控制、采购和管理流程等方面的问题，提高了产品质量，提升了管理效率，推动了钢铁企业在耐材技术的发展，同时也取得了一定的经济效益。
