泡沫铝的吸声性能及其在机床上的应用

摘要

This paper analyzes the cause of noise producing f rom machi ne tool and the harm caused by noise, puts forward the control method of the noise of machine tool, focuses on the sound absorption performance of foamed aluminum in machine tools. Through analysis and experiment, it can be concluded that foamed aluminum is a sound absorbing material. And the application effect on machine tool is obvious, which will not affects the performance of the machine tool itself.%分析了机床产生噪音的原因及噪音带来的危害,提出了机床噪音的控制方法,重点阐述了泡沫铝在机床上的吸声性能,通过分析和实验可以得出,泡沫铝作为一种吸音材质,在机床上的应用效果明显,而且不会影响机床本身的使用性能.
