测定糖尿病患者尿转铁蛋白的临床意义

摘要

目的　了解早期糖尿病肾病患者测定尿转铁蛋白的临床意义。方法　采用免疫散射比浊法测定82例无明显血管并发症的NIDDM及200名健康人尿转 铁蛋白的排泄(UTFE)，将其与尿蛋白排泄(UAE)进行比较。结果　无明显血管 并发症的NIDDM患者UTFE增高的发生率明显高于UAE增高的发生率(51.2%与28.0% ，χ2=9.31，P＜0.01)，UTFE与UAE呈明显正相关。结论　 UTFE可能是一个较UAE更敏感、更早反映NIDDM早期并发症的指标%Objective　 To study the clinical significance o f transferrin in earlier diabetic nephropathy.Method　Using immunone phelometric assay urinary excretion of transferrin was measured in 200 healthy s ubjects and 82 non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)subjects without obvious vascular complication.A comparison between UTFE(urinary transferrin excr etion)and UAE(urinary albumin excretion)was made.Results　In NIDDM t he incidence of elevaed UTFE(51.2%)was significantly higher than that of UAE(28 .0%),χ2=9.31,P＜0.01，UTFE correlated significantly with UAE.Conclusion　UTFE might be a more sensitive and earlier marker for early recognition of renal complication of NIDDM.
