恶性黑色素瘤86例临床病理分析

摘要

Objective To explore clinicopathological features of 86 cases of malignant melanoma .Methods Eighty-six cases of malignant melanoma were collected and immuohistochemical stain was performed .Results The tumors were composed of a variety of cells ,such as epithelioid ,spindled ,or undifferentiated ,with or without colorings .All cases expressed HMB45 ,S-100 and Melan A .Conclusion Malignant melanoma is a high heteroge-neous tumor that should be studied further in pathogenesis and therapy .%目的：探讨86例恶性黑色素瘤的临床病理特点。方法收集86例恶性黑色素瘤的临床病理资料，在光镜下分析形态，采用 VETENA 自动免疫组化仪作相关抗体标记。结果恶性黑色素瘤细胞形态多样，可梭形、上皮样、未分化，可有或无色素，所有病例均表达 HMB45、S-100、MelanA 细胞抗原。结论恶性黑色素瘤是一种异质性很高的软组织肿瘤，其发病机制及治疗方法仍待深入。
