护理干预在改善甲状腺手术患者术后疼痛和负面情绪的效果评价

摘要

目的：评价护理干预在改善甲状腺手术患者术后疼痛和负面情绪的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月至2013年2月在仪陇县人民医院行甲状腺手术患者56例作为研究对象，并将其分为2组，对照组28例给予常规护理，干预组28例实施护理干预措施。对比观察2组干预前（入院时）与干预后（术前晚）的焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分；同时观察2组术中血压和心率变化情况；并对比2组术后伤口疼痛情况及护理工作满意度。结果2组患者干预前 SAS和 SDS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预组干预后SDS、SAS评分较干预前显著改善且优于对照组（P均＜0.05）；干预组术中收缩压、舒张压和心率均明显低于对照组，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组术后总疼痛率均显著低于对照组（P均＜0.05）；干预组和对照组护理工作满意度分别为96％和68％，干预组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预措施能有效改善甲状腺手术患者术前负面情绪，进而改善术中生命体征而利于疾病的救治与康复，同时可有效改善患者术后的疼痛程度，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。%Objective To evaluate effect of nursing intervention on the improvement of postoperative pain and negative emotion in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with thyroid surgery in the People's Hospital of Yilong County from January 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,28 cases in each group.The control group was received the routine nursing care and the intervention group was given nursing intervention.And the anxiety rating scale (SAS)and self-rating de-pression scale (SDS)score of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Meanwhile,the intra-operative blood pressure,the heart rate changes situation,the postoperative wound pain conditions and nursing job satisfaction of those two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference for the SAS and SDS score of the two groups before the treatment (P>0.05),while the SAS and SDS score of the intervention group after the treatment were both better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The intraoperative pressure,di-astolic blood pressure and heart rate of the intervention group were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The rate of total pain of the intervention group were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction after the treatment of the two groups were 96% and 68% (P<0.05),respectively.Con-clusion Nursing intervention can improve the postoperative pain and negative emotion in patients with thyroid surgery,thus improve the vital signs and be helpful for the treatment and rehabilitation of the disease,which can effectively improve the postoperative pain and patients′satisfaction for nursing work.
