Objective To study the promotion effect of combining clinical nursing pathway with health education on the maternal choice of natural childbirth,and to provide a better theoretical basis for natural childbirth when choosing natural childbirth way.Methods One hundred and fifty primiparas suitable for natural childbirth without diseases,who had attended prenatal examination from May 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital,were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases).The primiparas of the experimental group were well taken care of by full-time nursing staff.Specific maternal health records were established to master the basic situation of each pregnant woman.The plan,system,table of the combining clinical nursing pathway with health education were formulated and recorded in detail.And they were observed and assessed respectively by the full-time nurses at the early,middle,late pregnancy,predelivery and puerperal period.The primiparas of the control group were only given oral advice,pictures,videos and other routine nursing mode in prenatal examination.The promoting effect is measured by delivery modes that mothers had chosen.The percentage of natural childbirth and social factors in cesarean delivery were compared between the two groups.Results There were 65 cases (87％) in the experimental group of natural childbirth,while 37 cases (49％) were in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Social factors in cesarean section in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the comparison and analysis,it showed that combining clinical nursing pathway with health education was better than the conventional nursing mode.).Conclusion Combining clinical nursing pathway with health education plays an important role in the maternal choice of natural childbirth,and it can reduce the influence of social factors on cesarean section,which is worth applying and developing in clinic.%目的 探讨临床护理路径结合健康教育宣讲在产妇选择自然分娩方式中所产生的促进作用,以期为提高产妇选择自然分娩方式的效果提供更好的理论依据.方法 选择我院2013年5月至2016年5月参加产前检查的无不适合自然分娩的疾病的初产妇150例,以随机数字表法分为试验组75例和对照组75例.实验组采用专职护理人员负责,建立孕产妇专一的健康档案,掌握每位孕产妇的基本情况,制定临床护理路径结合健康教育宣讲的计划、制度、表册并做好详细记录,由专职护理人员针对孕早期、中期、晚期、待产期、产褥期分别进行观察和评估.对照组采用在产前检查时给予口头、图片或视频等常规护理模式进行宣传教育.评价促进作用是以初产妇采用的分娩方式及剖宫产手术因素为标准,对比分析2组采用分娩方式的百分率和剖宫产手术因素中的社会因素的百分率.结果 试验组自然分娩例数为65例(87％),对照组的自然分娩例数为37例(49％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);试验组剖宫产手术因素中的社会因素低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对比后分析得出临床护理路径结合健康教育宣讲优于常规护理模式.结论 临床护理路径结合健康教育宣讲在产妇选择自然分娩方式中起到促进作用,有利于降低社会因素对剖宫产的影响力,值得运用于临床并大力推广.
