Based on Koch's postulation, experiments on isolation, inoculation and isolation again of pathogens showed that pathogens of fruit shrink disease were Alternaria alternate ( Fr. ) Keissler and Dothiorella gregaria Sacc. The isolation rate of Alternaria alternate ( Ft. ) Keissler was the biggest (23.1% ) and virulence leaded that average diseased fruit rate was up to 79.5% indoor and outdoor, so it was the main pathogen of fruit shrink disease.%依据柯赫氏法则进行分离、回接、再分离,证明枣缩果病(Fruitshrinkdisease)的病原菌是半知菌亚门中的细交链孢菌Alternariaalternate(Fr.)Keissler和聚生小穴壳菌DothioreUagregariaSacc.其中细交链孢菌分离率最高,平均达23.1%,致病力最强,室内、大田接种病果率平均为79.5%,是枣缩果病的主要致病菌。
