LED 用厚膜电路制造工艺探究

摘要

叙述了LED用厚膜电路产品制作工艺的开发与试制过程，确定了LED用厚膜电路的高效高质的生产工艺，着重解决LED厚膜微电子技术的可靠性研究，以批量化生产应用为目标，从而实现打破国外技术垄断，推动我国LED厚膜电路技术进步的目的，为实现LED产品的市场化奠定基础。%This paper describes the development and manufacture of thick film circuit producing process used for LED ;determines the high quality manufacturing process of the thick film circuit used for LED;solves the questions on reliability study of LED thick film microelectronics technology .Taking the mass production application as a goal , it will break the monopoly of foreign technology and pro-mote the progress of domestic LED thick film circuit technology .
