煤矿采动区高压输电线路改线技术方案研究

         

摘要

分析了某煤矿第十采区高压输电线路在采动下的地表变形及对输电线路的影响,综合现场及煤炭开采情况,初步确定了第十采区高压线的改线方案。为避免对高压输电线塔稳定性造成影响,采用预计地表下沉10 mm代替地表建筑物变形临界值进行设定。通过逐步趋近,确定了东西走向高压线走廊煤柱保护线位置;对第十采区东西走向高压线南保护煤柱线以南各工作面全采后计划改造的高压线路线塔处地表移动与变形最终值进行了分析。结果表明,采动对改线后高压输电线路的影响程度极其轻微,可作为永久线路。%The ground surface deformation in the 10th mining area of a mining subsidence area and its effect on high voltage transmission line are studied in this paper. Considering the condition of coal mining,the scheme of the high voltage line realignment is determined preliminarily. To avoid the stability of high voltage transmission line tower being affected,the predicted value of surface subsidence is set as 10 mm to replace the critical value of the surface building deformation. Through successive approximation,the coal pillar protection line position of the east-west high voltage line corridor is determined.The surface movement and final deformation values of the towers located at transmission line A5-9,B5-9 and C5-9 which are planned to be reconstructed are analyzed. Results show that the influence of the mining on high voltage transmission lines after realignment is extremely slight,which will not affect the safe operation of lines and can be used as permanent lines.
