差压式流量计示值修正公式具体修改建议

摘要

The National Code of“Indication Correction Formula for Differential Pressure Flowmeter”was introduced in 1960s from 27~54 Regulation of 1958 issued by former Soviet Union. It is widely used in college textbooks,engineering manuals and national standard over the years in the field of automation instrumentation. Practice has proven that it is based on an incorrect argument basis. Thus,except that one formula that has been applied most often (See Correction 1)is not so much wrong and could be deemed usable,all the rest with the reversed correction in the formulas stray further in their indication correction process. In addition to reviewing the argument basis of indication correction formula,the author advises clearly about his specific amendment proposal.%阐述了国家规范的“差压式流量计示值修正公式”是上世纪60年代引自前苏联1958年编写的“27-54规程”，近50年来已广泛地引用在我国自动化仪表专业教学用书、工程技术手册、以及GB2624-1981以后历年国家标准中。实践证明其立论基础是错误的，因而在推导出的表1修正公式中，仅修正1这1条公式问题较小还算可用外，其余所有公式修正方向都是相反的，越修正示值误差越大。结合52 a现场工作实践，用质量守恒定理论证了修正公式立论基础错在哪里，并明确提出了具体的公式修改建议。
