永定庄选煤厂旋流器入料系统优化与应用

摘要

Analyzes the exsiting technical defects in the coal preparation plant hydrocyclone feeding system.Ai-ming at the problems of coal slime rough running and valve service life is too short which caused by coal preparation plant hydrocyclone high inlet pressure,the technical transformation of the coal preparation plant hydrocyclone feeding system are carried on.The original multipoint artificial regulation feeding pressure changes into single point self -reg-ulation pressure after the transformation,completely solves the problems of hydrocyclone rough running and valve serv-ice life is too short.It reduces the labor intensity.Saves the production cost.Achieves remarkable economic benefits.%分析了选煤厂旋流器入料系统存在的技术缺陷，针对选煤厂旋流器入料压力过高，造成煤泥跑粗和阀门使用寿命过短的问题，对选煤厂旋流器入料系统进行了技术改造。改造后，由原来的多点人工调节入料压力，变为单点自动调节压力，彻底解决了旋流器跑粗和阀门使用寿命过短的问题，降低了劳动强度，节约了生产成本，取得了显著的经济效益。
