大断面硐室底板锚网索施工配套设备及工艺优化

         

摘要

There are strict requirements about floor heave for the setting up of electronic -mechanical equipment on the floor in large cross section chambers in coal mine.After comprehensive comparison,measures like full -size grouting and cable anchor are decided to put into use to reinforce bottom floor.However,because of the height of the chamber,the drilling rig can not support the roof,thus failing to work.In view of this situation,the solution of pro-cessing long sliding framework and underframe is adopted to solve the above problem.And the anchoring force of bot-tom anchor with rich water is guaranteed through process adjustment.%煤矿大断面硐室底板需要布置机电设备,因此,对底鼓量要求苛刻。经过综合比较,决定采用全长锚固注浆锚网索加固底板。由于硐室高度致使钻机无法支撑顶板进行施工,针对具体情况分别采用加工长滑架和底架的配套方式,解决了大断面硐室钻机施工的难题,并通过工艺调整保障了富水条件下底板锚索锚固力。
