仰斜开采液压支架承载能力效应

         

摘要

基于理论分析、正交试验和多元线性回归,研究了仰采工作面液压支架最大承载力与仰采倾角β、支架前、后排立柱倾角α1、α2和瞬心夹角θ之间的变化规律。结果表明:支架的瞬心夹角为负时,其最大承载力与瞬心夹角遵循倒“U”形变化规律,与支架前排立柱倾角遵循“U”形变化规律,与支架后排立柱倾角呈对数增加规律;支架的平均最大承载力在θ<0时是θ>0时的2.6倍;当α1、α2以及θ分别为15°、35°和-60°时,支架的稳定性最好。%Based on theoretical analysis, orthogonal test, and multiple linear regression, we studied the relationship between maximum bearing capacity of hydraulic support in rise mining, upward mining angleβ, front column angleα1, and back column angle α2 with instantaneous center angleθ. The results show that when the instantaneous center angle is negative, the maximum bearing capacity varies as an inverted U curve with the instantaneous center angle, as aUcurve with the front column angle, and increases at the logarithmic rule with the back column angle. The average maximum bearing (θ<0) is 2.6 times as much as the value (θ>0). Stability of the support achieves the best performance when α1,α2, andθis 15°, 35°, and -60°, respectively.
