为了解决孟家窑矿5105切眼中遇到的大倾角松软厚煤层巷道支护技术问题,对5105切眼附近的煤层进行煤岩体的地质力学参数试验,分析其结果,并结合数值模拟分析锚杆支护系统中的预紧力和托板对预应力场的分布影响,提出了使用高预紧力锚杆搭配使用锚索维护巷道的技术体系.应用于现场对矿压产生的力学现象,巷道整体的表面位移、顶板离层值和锚杆锚索使用效果进行实时监测,验证此技术的安全性和可靠性.%To solve the technical problems of No.5105 cut encountered in the roadway support for soft and thick seam with large-dig-angle in Mengjiayao Mine, geo-mechanics parametric test of coal-rock was conducted. Numerical simulation was used to study the pre-tension stress in bolt support system and the distribution influence on pre-stressed field by pallet. Then, the study proposed a system of high pre-tension bolt with anchor cable to finish the roadway maintenance. Real-time monitoring on the mechanics phenomena in the field (including surface displacement and roof separation) and on the bolt-anchor-cable effect proved the safety and reliability of the technology.
