基于计量分析的河南建筑业发展状况实证研究

摘要

以河南省1995年～2006年建筑业的统计数据为基础,用计量经济学中的推动力模型、道格拉斯生产函数模型和索洛余值模型,分析了河南建筑业12年发展的一系列特点,分析结果表明:河南建筑业对GDP的推动力强度有力,建筑业呈递增报酬型,科技对增长的贡献率非常低.%With the static data of He' nan architectural industry from 1995 to 2006 as base, a series of characteristics of 12 years development in He'nan architectural industry were analyzed with driving force modd, Douglas production function model and Sotow residual modd of e-conometrics. The analyzing results indicated that He'nan architectural industry had strong power to promote GDP, the architectural industry was shown as increasing reward type and the science had low contributed ration to increase.
