Taking some project as the example, the paper indicates from the winter reinforced project, the concrete project and the earthwork project, illustrates the management measures from the safety and fire-fighting measures in the winter construction process, and proves by the factual construction effect that the construction organization and the safety measures are effective.%以某工程为例，对冬期钢筋工程、混凝土工程和土方工程三个分项工程的施工展开叙述，并简述了冬期施工过程中的安全、消防等方面的管理措施，实际施工效果表明，该施工组织和安全措施是行之有效的。
