提高多层框架结构教学楼抗震能力的设计构思

摘要

针对汶川地震中大量多层框架结构教学楼受损严重的情况，结合影响该结构抗震能力的相关因素，探讨了提高多层框架结构教学楼抗震能力的具体途径，提出加强框架柱底部主轴方向约束，减小框架底层柱计算高度等措施，以期指导实践。%In light of serious teaching building damage with multi-layer frame structure in Wenchuan earthquake, combining with relevant factors influencing the structure seismic capacity, it explores specific means to improve anti-seismic capacity of teaching building with multi-layer frame structure, and proposes some measures such as enhancing bottom constraint of the frame structure along main axis direction, and reducing bottom calculation height of frame structure etc, with a view to guide practice.
