浅析工程建设投资失控的原因及对策

摘要

According to the excess-budget and excess-estimation in the engineering settlement in the projects construction,the paper analyzes the reasons for the runaway investment from the map design,the bidding,the contract,and the alteration tests,and points out the respective strategies and factual measures,so as to direct the practice and the effective control over engineering costs.%针对工程建设中出现的工程结算超概算、超估算现象,从图纸设计、招标、合同、变更签证四方面分析了投资失控的原因,并提出了相应的对策及具体措施,以期指导实践,有效控制工程造价。
