政府投资项目工程造价管理中的问题与对策

摘要

结合政府投资建设项目特点，针对该类建设项目造价管理中管理制度，招投标及资金等方面存在的问题进行了分析，并探讨了相应的对策和措施，提出应进行全过程控制，明确责任主体，认真签订施工合同，并加强投资评审和审计力度。%Combining with the features for the government-invested programs, the paper analyzes some problems in the management system, the bidding and the asset in the cost management of the construction program, explores the respective strategies and measures, and points out the re- sponsibility should be controlled in the whole process, the construction contracts be signed serious, and the investment evaluation and auditing.
