太原市中心城区控规分层编制工作解析

摘要

针对当前控制性详细规划中存在的问题进行了归纳，总结了国内一些主要城市控规改革的经验，着重阐述了太原市控制性详细规划编制工作具体情况，并对太原市控规编制、审查改革中存在的问题进行分析后提出了相应的解决方式，以期促进太原市城市建设工作。%The paper summarizes problems existing in current regulatory detailed planning, concludes major city regulatory detailed reform expe- rience, mainly describes specific Taiyuan regulatory detailed planning conditions, and puts forward corresponding solutions to Taiyuan regulatory detailed planning formation and problems in examination reform, with a view to promote Taiyuan city construction.
