Through the analysis on the development background of construction labor subcontractor, this paper elaborated the important significance of strengthening construction company labor subcontracting management, and pointed out the focus work should strengthen of labor subcontracting management, in order to promote the standardization development of labor market, so as to achieve win-win situation in cooperation process of construction enterprises and service enterprises.%通过对建筑劳务分包发展背景的分析,阐述了施工企业加强劳务分包管理的重要意义,同时指出了劳务分包管理应加强的重点工作,以期促进劳务市场规范化发展,使施工企业与劳务企业合作过程中实现双赢。
