公路施工管理过程控制措施探析

摘要

According to the characteristics of highway engineering, this paper analyzed the process control measures of highway construction and management, elaborated in detail from quality, schedule, safety, cost four aspects, put forward in premise of assuring safety, strictly regulated the operation process, improved highway engineering quality, shorten project time limit, strengthen cost control.%结合公路工程特点,针对公路施工管理过程控制进行了探讨,从质量、进度、安全、费用四方面入手作了具体阐述,提出应在保证安全的前提下,严格规范操作工序,提高公路工程质量、缩短工期、加强费用控制。
