试论中国大型建筑施工企业产融结合的发展

摘要

Through the analysis on necessity of combination between industry and finance of China＇s large-scale construction enterprises,the present situation of yield harmony combination had existed problems,this paper discussed the future development direction,and put forward some suggestions in development of combination between industry and finance in enterprise ability construction aspect,aiming to help China＇s construction enterprises achieve greater competitive advantage in fierce domestic market competition through more effective combination between industry and finance.%通过分析中国大型建筑施工企业产融结合的必要性,目前产融结合的现状和尚存在的问题,探讨了未来的发展方向,并对发展产融结合在企业能力建设方面提出几点建议,旨在帮助我国建筑施工企业在激烈的国内外市场竞争中通过更有效的产融结合来取得更大的竞争优势。
