工程项目成本控制的方法探讨

摘要

针对某新址迁建项目成本控制管理进行了回顾和总结，分别阐述了该项目设计，招投标，施工等阶段的成本控制方法及注意事项，以期指导今后同类工程项目科学有效地进行成本控制。%The paper reviews and sums up the cost control management at some new relocated program, illustrates the cost control methods and precautions at the design stage, the bidding stage, and the construction stage respectively, so as to direct other similar engineering programs to undertake the effective and scientific cost control.
