风险管理在上海外滩通道改造工程中的应用

Taking the channel project at Shanghai Bund as the background, the paper concludes the difficulties and main points for the risk con- trol in the engineering implementation by analyzing and evaluating all sorts of risk sources, adopts some reasonable and necessary measures to e- vade or reduce the risks based on the principle for the risk management, so as to provide some valuable exploration and experience for the safe construction of similar projects with high risks.%以上海外滩通道工程为背景，通过对各风险源的分析与评估，得出工程实施中风险控制的重难点，同时依据风险管理的原则，采取合理和必要的规避或减小风险的一些措施，为类似高风险工程的安全施工提供十分有价值的探索与经验。
