房屋工程漏水的原因分析及防水控制方法

Combining with the engineering practice, in light of common housing engineering leakaging disease, the paper analyzes the leakaging causes of bathroom and roof and other easily ponding parts, and summarizes solutions to leakage, so as to prevent leaking phenomena and to ensure housing engineering quality.%结合工程实践,针对房屋工程渗漏的通病,就厕浴间和屋面等易积水部位出现漏水的原因进行了分析,并总结出漏水的解决办法,从而防止漏水现象的发生,确保房屋工程质量。
