Based on the new ecological green building design in Tianjin as an example, the paper explores and proves the green building design method and procedures, preliminarily testifies the effectiveness, and explores the main green building design problems and development trend in future, with a view to realize the sustainable development of the buildings.%通过天津中新生态城绿色建筑设计的实例，对绿色建筑设计的方法、步骤进行了探讨和实证检验，初步检验了方法的有效性，探讨了绿色建筑设计面临的主要问题和未来研究的发展方向，以实现建筑的可持续发展。
