底层框架增建跃层复式结构计算及鉴定实例

摘要

针对目前装饰装修中私拆乱改、改变房屋用途,随便在底层框架结构内增建跃层复式结构,增加楼地面荷载的情况,通过对某底层滨江茶楼增建为跃二层复式结构的计算分析,得出了增建跃层复式结构会给房屋结构带来安全隐患的结论,并提出了应采取的措施。%In light of current decoration problems,such as arbitrary reconstruction,changing housing utilization,arbitrarily adding duplex structure based on foundation frame,and increasing building ground load and so on,through calculating and analyzing the duplex structure reconstructed based on Binjiang teahouse,the essay concludes that adding duplex structure will lead to safe hazards for the housing structure,and puts forward corresponding measures.
