Taking the field dynamic management of civil construction as a point of discussion,from the concept,development trend of civil con-struction field dynamic management,made discussion taking the existing problems in civil engineering field dynamic management of present stage as connecting point,researched and analyzed the measures to solve civil engineering field dynamic management problems,in order to improve the civil engineering field construction management level and quality of construction enterprises and individuals.%以土木施工的现场动态管理为论述点，从土木施工现场动态管理的概念、发展趋势出发，以现阶段土木工程现场动态管理中存在的问题为衔接点进行了论述，研究分析了解决土木工程现场动态管理问题的措施，以提高建筑企业和个人的土木工程现场施工管理水平和质量。
