以河南省永城市为例,提出打破单一依靠市政管网系统排水的传统方法,转变思路,在城市绿地和城市水系的基础之上,构建城市“绿色海绵”系统,从城市景观规划角度探究了使雨水渗透及滞留的方法,并分析了寻找雨水资源化的途径,以实现水资源节约、城市防洪、城市水景观的多重效益。%Taking Yongcheng city of Henan province as example, the paper puts forward green spongy system on the basis of urban green land and urban water system by breaking traditional municipal pipeline network drainage method, changing concept, explores rainwater leakage and preser-vation methods from the aspect of urban landscape planning, and analyzes methods of seeking rainwater sources, with a view to save water source and realize multiple effects of urban flood prevention and urban water landscape.
