桥梁工程专业研究生实践能力培养模式探索

摘要

以桥梁工程专业研究生为例，探讨了应用型学科研究生实践能力培养的模式，提出了对导师的要求，指出研究生参与工程项目实践可以培养研究生理论与实践相结合的创新能力、积累实践经验、培养研究生团队合作精神，研究生参与工程项目实践是实践能力培养中的关键。%Practical ability training mode was discussed about bridge engineering graduate of the applied disciplines. The requirements for in-structors were proposed. The graduates involved in projects practice can foster innovation ability of theory and practice of combining and accumu-lated practical experience,teamwork training for graduate. It is the key to practice ability that graduates participate in project practice.
