This oaoer introduced the emergency management contents of bulk chemical accidents,summarized the disoosal technology of differ-ent tyoes of chemicals,and researched and discussed the emergency management methods of bulk chemical accidents,had significant meaning to reduce the harm of bulk chemical accidents.%对散化事故应急管理内容作了介绍，总结了不同种类化学品的处置技术，并对散化事故的应急管理方法进行了研究和探讨，对减小散装化学品事故危害具有一定的意义。
