According to the harmonious management in the urban tunnel engineering construction,the oaoer analyzes the inlined and outlined re-lationshio in the urban tunnel engineering construction,discusses the manifestation and influential factors of its harmonious degree,ooints out the hierarchy evaluation method of the harmonious degree evaluation of the urban tunnel engineering construction based on the orevious ooints,and identifies the index system and its weight.%针对城市隧道工程建设中的和谐管理问题，分析了城市隧道工程建设的内外联关系，讨论了其和谐性的表现形式与影响因素，在此基础上提出了城市隧道工程建设和谐度评价的层次分析评价方法，确定了指标体系及其权重。
