地铁工程造价管理与控制

摘要

对我国城市地铁工程造价管控的现状以及优化措施进行了分析，并结合地铁一号线环控设备委外维修项目实例，对工程造价人员如何做好地铁工程的造价控制进行了阐述，指出实行造价管理的全过程控制，对促进整个地铁行业的发展起着极其重要的作用。%This paper analyzed the present situation and optimization measures of cost management and control of our city subway engineering, and combining with the environmental control equipment repair outsourcing project of Guangzhou Metro No. 1 for example, elaborated the cost en-gineers how to do well control cost of subway engineering, pointed the whole process control of cost management, had extremely important role in promotion of the development of overall subway industry.
