部分预应力 RPC 吊车梁的疲劳计算分析

摘要

对活性粉末混凝土的疲劳损伤机理进行了分析，并对其力学性能进行了试验研究，得到了材料的抗拉，抗压，弹性模量等力学性能指标，然后结合某工业厂房吊车梁的设计进行了详细的正截面和斜截面疲劳验算分析，证明了采用部分预应力活性粉末混凝土吊车梁，具有明显的优越性。%First Reactive Powder Concrete fatigue damage mechanism analysis and experimental study of its mechanical properties,mechanical properties of tensile,compressive,elastic modulus of the material,combined with the design of an industrial plant crane beam detailed normal section and oblique section fatigue checking analysis,proved partially prestressed Reactive Powder Concrete crane beam,has obvious advantages.
