The paper introduces the construction craft of the bored piles,explores some problems in the pore-forming process including hole shrinkage,collapsing holes,and inclined holes,and points out respective solutions according to certain problems,so as to improve the construc-tion efficiency of the bored piles.%简述了钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺，对钻孔灌注桩成孔过程中易遇到的缩径、坍孔、斜孔等问题进行了探讨，并针对具体的问题提出了相对应的解决措施，以提高钻孔灌注桩施工的效率。
