The paper discusses technical advantages of bored pile,and studies bored pile construction quality control measures including prepara-tion phase,hole-forming process,steel cage fabrication and hoisting,bottom hole sediment thickness,with a view to control bored pile construc-tion quality controlling points,guarantee pile-forming quality.%论述了钻孔灌注桩的技术优势，对钻孔灌注桩施工前准备阶段、成孔过程、钢筋笼制作与吊装、孔底沉渣厚度等施工质量控制措施进行了研究，以抓好钻孔灌注桩施工各个环节的质控要点，保证其成桩的质量。
