Combining with engineering cases, the paper analyzes the influence of the uneven settlement in high fill areas on pipelines, researches the foundation treatment schemes for the uneven settlement of the areas according to the deformation of pipelines, and indicates the measures, so as to achieve better construction results.%结合工程实例，分析了高填方区不均匀沉降对管道造成的影响，针对管道的变形程度，研究了高填方区不均匀沉降的地基处理方案，并对具体的处理措施进行了说明，取得了良好的施工成果。
