空间分析视角下的城中村改造优化方略

摘要

从人口属性特征、用地布局、道路网结构、建筑群、环境景观等方面分析了城中村与城市空间形态的根本差异，并从优化城市空间的角度出发，提出了城中村改造的相关优化策略，以实现城中村和城市空间的有机融合。%From population attribute characteristics, landing allocation, road network structure, architectural group, and environment land-scapes, the paper analyzes the basic differences between urban villages and urban spatial forms, and points out related optimal strategies of the re-construction at urban villages from the optimal urban space, so as to realize the organic coordination between urban villages and urban spaces.
