谈房地产开发项目盈利能力分析应用研究

摘要

结合房地产开发案例，对房地产开发项目进行了盈利能力分析，重点对财务内部收益率、净现值、投资回收期、总投资收益率和项目资本金净利润率等指标进行了定量分析研究，为房地产开发项目投资决策提供了依据。%Combined with the real estate development case,the real estate development project profitability analysis of financial internal return rate,financial net present value,investment recovery period,total rate of return on investment,project net capital profit rate index of quantita-tive analysis,which provided the basis for the investment decision of real estate development project.
