对地铁轨道工程筹划阶段的主要环节进行了分析，列举了设置铺轨基地应考虑的因素以及工期筹划的一般步骤，阐述了影响铺轨施工的主要因素及对策，总结了加快铺轨施工进度的方法。%The paper analyzes the main steps in the planning stage of the subway rail projects,sums up some factors in allocating the tracklaying base and general steps in the construction period planning,illustrates the main factors and strategies affecting the tracklaying construction,and has the summary of methods accelerating the construction progress.
